國慶假期及中秋節假期安排如下 :

海外倉 :

韓國倉 : 9月30日至10月8日休息, 10月9日回復正常 ;

其餘倉庫不變。

中國香港倉庫 :

10月2日及10月5日, 中國香港公眾假期，全體休息一天 ;

各區自提點 , 自提車 :

10月2日, 中國香港公眾假期，全體休息一天 ;

10月5日, 中國香港公眾假期，全體休息一天 ;

10月4日, 中秋節, 自提點, 自提車服務時間變動如下 :

洪水橋自提點 : 正常營業

九龍灣自提點 : 營業時間至下午4 時

海怡半島自提點 : 是日休息

其他自提點 : 營業時間至晚上 6 時

馬鞍山, 元朗自提車服務時間改為下午 3 - 6 時

請各位留意有關安排。

【UK Warehouse】Relocation Dear Shipbaoer, UK warehouse is relocated. Parcels delivered to old address will not be affected, Shipbao will forward to the new address accordingly. New warehouse address is updated at the official website, please update your delivery address of your online shopping platform and reserve enough time for the delivery. New warehouse effective date : 6 November 2025 Existing warehouse cut-off date : 14 November 2025 Shipbao will not follow up or operate the parcels or responsible for any compensation of the probelm parcels for those receive after 14 November 2025 the cut-off date.
